Welcome to Money Saver AppliancesLLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://www.moneysaverappliances.com (the “Site”), and any purchase of products or services from Money Saver AppliancesLLC (“Money Saver Appliances,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, requesting delivery, or scheduling repair service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Money Saver Appliances. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products/services.
1.2 Eligibility. You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
1.3 Additional Policies. These Terms incorporate by reference any additional policies we post or provide (for example, delivery, shipping, return/refund, or repair policies/estimates). If there is a conflict, these Terms control unless a more specific written policy or signed service document says otherwise.
2. Products and Services (What We Offer)
2.1 Large Appliances (Local Focus). We sell major home appliances (including refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers). Many units are kept in stock for local purchase and delivery, but availability can change quickly.
2.2 Small Shippable Items (Worldwide). We also sell smaller products that may be shipped outside our local area, including internationally, where allowed.
2.3 Mobile Appliance Repair Services. We provide mobile appliance repair services for many brands (not just items purchased from us). Repair outcomes can vary depending on the appliance condition, parts availability, and manufacturer specifications.
2.4 Product Listings. Photos, descriptions, specifications, and compatibility notes are provided for convenience. Colors and appearance can vary by device and lighting. If you have questions, please contact us before ordering.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time and do not include taxes, delivery, shipping, installation, haul-away, or other fees unless specifically stated.
3.2 Pricing/Listing Errors. We work hard to keep information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may correct the listing and/or cancel the order (even after an order is placed). If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
3.3 Taxes. Sales tax (and similar taxes) may be collected based on your delivery/shipping address and applicable law.
3.4 Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout or offered in-store. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
3.5 Fraud Prevention. We may request additional verification, refuse transactions, limit quantities, or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale.
4. Order Acceptance, Cancellations, and Limits
4.1 Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we confirm shipment, schedule delivery, or otherwise confirm fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason permitted by law (including inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or address/availability constraints).
4.2 Cancellations by You. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed, shipped, or scheduled for delivery/service, cancellation may not be possible and may be subject to restocking, delivery, or other fees as allowed by law.
4.3 Quantity Limits. We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order.
5. Local Same-Day Delivery Terms (Fee-Based)
5.1 Service Area. Same-day local delivery may be available for eligible large appliances within Chattahoochee, FL and surrounding areas, subject to driver availability, routing, inventory readiness, and weather/road conditions.
5.2 Delivery Fees. Same-day delivery requires an additional fee (shown at checkout or quoted at the time of scheduling). Fees are generally non-refundable once the delivery is dispatched or attempted, unless required by law.
5.3 Scheduling and Access. You agree to:
- provide accurate delivery information and a reachable contact number,
- ensure someone 18+ is present to receive and inspect the delivery (unless we agree otherwise in writing),
- provide safe, clear access (including stairs, tight doorways, elevators, pets secured, etc.).
5.4 Delivery Attempts / Rescheduling. If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, incorrect address, no one available, or other issues outside our control, you may be charged an additional trip/rescheduling fee.
5.5 Inspection at Delivery. Please inspect the appliance upon delivery. If there is visible shipping or handling damage, note it on the delivery paperwork (or notify us immediately if contactless delivery is used) and contact us promptly.
5.6 Installation, Hookups, and Haul-Away. Unless expressly included in writing, delivery does not include installation, electrical/plumbing hookups, modifications, carpentry, venting, gas connections, or haul-away. If we offer any of these add-on services, additional terms and fees may apply.
6. International Shipping Terms for Small Items
6.1 Where We Ship. International shipping is available for eligible small items to select destinations, subject to carrier availability and legal restrictions.
6.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes. You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, and any other charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6.3 Restricted Items / Compliance. You agree you will not order items in violation of any applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or import restrictions. We may cancel and refund an order if shipping is not legally or practically possible.
6.4 Shipping Times. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International shipments may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or local delivery constraints.
6.5 Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pay duties/taxes, you may be responsible for return shipping and any additional costs. Refunds (if any) may be reduced by our actual costs.
6.6 Risk of Loss. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
7.1 Separate Policy May Apply. Return/refund eligibility, timeframes, and any restocking or shipping deductions may be governed by our Returns & Refund Policy or specific written terms provided with your purchase. Where no separate policy is posted, the following applies.
7.2 General Return Condition. Items must be returned in original condition (unused, uninstalled, unmodified), with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7.3 Large Appliances. Due to the nature of major appliances, returns may be limited once an item is delivered, installed, or used. If a return is approved, it may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee, and delivery fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
7.4 Small Shipped Items. If a small item return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. For international orders, original shipping, duties, and taxes are typically non-refundable (subject to your local law and your local customs authority rules).
7.5 Defective or Damaged Items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos and order details. We may, at our option and as permitted by law, repair, replace, provide parts, or refund.
7.6 Non-Returnable Items. Some items may be non-returnable (for example, clearance/final sale items, special orders, or items noted as non-returnable at purchase).
7.7 Refund Method and Timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Processing times vary by payment provider.
8. Mobile Appliance Repair Service Terms
8.1 Estimates and Authorization. We may charge a diagnostic/trip fee. After diagnosis, we may provide a repair estimate. By approving the estimate (verbally, electronically, or in writing), you authorize us to perform the repairs and to charge the approved amount.
8.2 Parts Availability and Substitutions. Repairs may depend on parts availability. With your approval, we may use equivalent parts when original parts are unavailable.
8.3 Customer Responsibilities. You agree to provide:
- safe working conditions (reasonable cleanliness, lighting, and ventilation),
- access to the appliance, shutoff valves/panels, and the work area,
- restraint of pets and clear pathways,
- disclosure of known hazards (mold, pests, leaks, electrical issues, etc.).
8.4 Safety and Refusal of Service. We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of what can be reasonably handled on-site. Trip/diagnostic fees may still apply.
8.5 Appointments and Missed Visits. If you miss an appointment or are not available during the scheduled window, you may be charged a trip fee or rescheduling fee.
8.6 Limitations of Repair. Repair work may not fully restore an appliance with extensive wear, prior improper repairs, corrosion, or multiple failures. We do not guarantee that a repair will prevent future issues.
8.7 Repair Warranty (If Any). Any labor warranty and any parts warranty (if offered) will be described on your invoice/receipt or service documentation. Manufacturer warranties on parts may apply separately.
9. Manufacturer Warranties vs. Our Obligations
9.1 Manufacturer Warranties. Many appliances and products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Money Saver Appliances, unless we explicitly provide a written store warranty.
9.2 No Extra Warranties Unless Stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly provided in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.3 Warranty Claims. If a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. We can provide purchase documentation and reasonable assistance where practical, but we are not responsible for the manufacturer’s decisions, timelines, or coverage.
9.4 Used/Open-Box/As-Is Items. If any items are sold “as-is,” “open-box,” “clearance,” or “final sale,” they may have limited or no warranty, as disclosed at the time of sale, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Saver Appliances is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, products, deliveries, shipping, or repair services.
10.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, any product, or any service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10.3 No Liability for Certain Events. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply chain disruptions, acts of God, labor disputes, or government actions.
10.4 Consumer Rights. Some states/countries do not allow certain limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Let’s Try to Resolve It First. If you have an issue, please contact us first. We genuinely want to help and will try to resolve concerns quickly.
11.2 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to provide a brief written notice describing the issue and what you’re seeking, and allow a reasonable time for us to respond.
11.3 Venue. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Gadsden County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11.4 Small Claims. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
11.5 No Class Actions (Where Allowed). To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
12. Governing Law (Florida)
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, products, services, or the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.
